With the Ubiquitech VDMS Cloud Printing this is possible. It offers a private cloud with secure access from all locations and mobile units in the organization.

The users can request their print jobs on any printer / MFP at any location in the organization.

It saves time and trouble to have your prints available anywhere you are in the organization. So this also makes you more efficient and saves you money. It might even save you some fustrations, too.

Print jobs are helt at one server, but all servers in the cloud are notificed, so you are offered all your jobs, no matter where you are and which cloud server you are directly connected to.

Access to cloud printing can be administred for both individuals and groups – in your LDAP / AD or in a designated user database in VDMS.

Your server setup can include fail over, so you can print even if a server is out of service. The VDMS system simply uses another server in the cloud to make sure you get your prints – just like you can go to another MFP, if one is down.

This 'follow me' solution is designed to generate minimal network trafic. The print jobs only travels accross the locations when you do – so to speak.

The cloud security key makes sure the communication between the servers is secure. As EASY print management is the most secure solution in the market, it is also possible to get full encryption of both user data and print jobs – all the way from the PC via the server(s) to the MFP.
