Ubiquitech has developed a number of solutions which can be fully customised to meet each customer's needs.
VDMSTM
Ubiquitech VDMSTM is a virtual document management system (Virtual DMS) that creates an efficient environment for collecting, storing, finding and distributing information whilst assuring the overall value to the organisation.
The concept is built upon a centrally controlled
architecture that allows flexibility, tolerance for inaccuracies and a never
before seen scalability. VDMS utilises widely accepted standards and is built
upon the security modules recognised to be essential to safeguarding
organisations’ knowledge.
UbiquitechTM Office
Ubiquitech Office is based on VDMSTM Terminal and Gateway an embedded software that adds functionality to MFPs and printers.
The standard version comprises features like user authenticaton, pull printing/ secure printing, MFP Display customisation, and document accounting. Additional modules are also available for SSL encryption, LDAP integration, Cluster printing support, as well as connectors to several document management or accounting systems.
VDMSTM Server
The VDMS Server provides users with functionality such as accounting, pull/secure printing, and LDAP and runs on several platforms such as Linux and SUN Solaris, in order to fulfil the most specific customer's IT environment requirements.
This product
is fully based on open standards demonstrating Ubiquitech's commitment towards
the open world.
ScannerVisionTM Integration
This solution provides single sign-on functionality into the ScannerVisionTM software.
SecureJet Integration
Integration with SecureJet (from the company JetMobile), which is an accounting and pull printing solutionfor HP devices. This integration allows HP copies and prints to be monitored throught Ubiquitech's accounting solution.
Highlights Ubiquitech Win Duke’s Choice Award at the JavaOneSM Conference 2007
Ubiquitech received the prestigious Duke’s Choice Award at a ceremony which took place in the beginning of May during Sun’s JavaOne Conference in San Francisco, USA.
The award was attributed to Ubiquitech in recognition of the innovative IT-solution delivered to the construction contractor E. Pihl & Søn A/S.
